The TALK–the–TALK Team Communication (ideally 3, 6, or 10 week training modules) are designed for team building, interpersonal development and provides change management solutions through active communication.

They include;

Intrapersonal and interpersonal skills development
Change Management – (including ‘The Magic Box’ and 'Habits of Thought')
Develop pivotal skills to structure and deliver team messages
Practice and give supportive feed-back (not criticism).
Assess and resolve communication obstacles, challenges or dilemmas.
Control disruptions and have ready answers for those tricky situations.
Gain confidence, reduce nervousness and release your team’s true potential
Turning individuals into a Team.
Become the effective, professional or inspirational team you need to be Team sizes range from 3 – 20 or as required
